I recently got up the courage to stand on the scales an saw the number ran away hid from the world for about 5 minutes until, my brain was like this is why it happened you hide, eat your feelings an don't organise the days food/activities.
So i started googling how to do it and what you need to do it with, i found that what they all had in common was everyone would pick a day after food shopping an pre-cook everything an get it all into containers an either freeze them or put them in the fridge. loads an loads of recipes to try, most of them Delicious.
I tried doing this for a couple of weeks but just got to expensive an too much to do. How i've worked it out to do it, is by when you cook dinner just double the ingredients so you have lunch the next day or just make sandwich/rolls/wraps etc with whats left.
Being healthier by eating better trying to cut out or at least cut down the amount of junk food an take away we have is being a hard road an were still on it we slip sometimes but were human so that's ok but as long as you get back on the health wagon it fine. we are mixing this health kick with a new gym memebership, anytime fitness has opened up near us so we did a free trial an joined up half way through which has been great i personally haven't been for 3 days but am going tonight.!
